 Geena Davis is an American actress also a producer, writer and model with a net worth of $30 million dollars. Geena Davis was one of Hollywood's most prominent leading ladies during the 1990s and during the 2000s. She is probably best known for her roles in films such as "Thelma & Louise", "A League of Their Own" as well as "The long kiss Goodnight".She was born Virginia Elizabeth Davis in Wareham, Massachusetts, on January 21, 1956. Her mother Lucille worked as a teacher's assistant while her father William was an engineer in the civil sector. From the beginning, she was attracted to music. She was a pianist, flute and organ in her teenage years and served as organist for the Congregationalist Church. She attended Wareham High School, and was in Sweden as an exchange student in which she learned Swedish. Geena Davis earned her Drama diploma in 1982 from Boston University. She worked as a window model for Ann Taylor as a window model until landing her modeling contract together with Zoli. Davis went on to appear in many other films, such as "Buffalo Bill", Knight Rider", Riptide", Family Ties among others. "Tootsie" was the film that was the second-highest grossing screen production of 1982 and received 10 Oscar nominations.
